Ok Alone provides a popular work alone system used by companies all over the world. Our lone worker system provides the tools you need to comply with work alone legislation and policies.

Our easy to use work alone protection system, means you can monitor your workers when they are lone working and provide protection in case of emergency. The Ok Alone system provides apps for both Android and iPhone which your workers can run on their smartphones.

If you need a lone worker monitoring system for your company, Ok Alone has a number of easy to use features which will help you comply with local policy and legislation. Here is a summary of 5 key features of our work alone system.

1. Lone Worker App

You don’t need expensive hardware to use the Ok Alone lone worker system. We provide apps for both Android and iPhone devices, which are free to download from the app stores and can be setup in minutes.

Both apps offer check in alerts and worker location monitoring all built into a comprehensive lone worker monitoring system.

Our lone worker app for iPhone and Android is part of the Ok Alone work alone system.

2. Check Ins

An important part of our work alone system are check ins. The check in frequency can be set by any monitor and can vary from 15 minutes to 24 hours.

Workers will be alerted when their check in is due and can let the monitoring system know they are ok by using their app. This can also be done by SMS or phone call.

Check ins are an important part of our work alone system.

3. Worker Location Monitoring

With all lone worker apps, it is important to know where a worker is at all times, in case there is an emergency.

Our apps offer GPS monitoring and can monitor workers so if they miss a check in or request help our system knows their latest location.

4. Live Monitoring

There may be times when you don’t have someone available to monitor your lone workers. Luckily our work alone system offers Live Monitoring.

Our trained call centre operators can respond to missed check ins and help alerts 24/7/365. You can also choose to turn off Live Monitoring when you don’t need it.

5. High Risk Check Ins

At times your lone workers enter areas of even more risk, especially when working alone.

Our lone worker system provides high risk check-ins for this type of situation.

Workers can select a much shorter check in time, for example 10 minutes, and if they miss the alert then all monitors will be alerted.

These are just 5 of the features in our popular lone worker protection system, aiming to keep your employees safe when working alone.
