Proactive Protection for Lone Workers

Threat Intelligence adds a proactive layer to OK Alone’s safety platform. It helps organizations identify live and custom risk zones, understand which workers may be affected, and notify people when they enter a mapped threat area.

Instead of relying only on missed check-ins, panic alerts or emergency escalations, safety teams can give workers earlier awareness of risks around them: severe weather, crime or custom organization-specific hazards.

How it works

Threat Intelligence overlays high-risk zones onto the OK Alone dashboard map and compares those zones with worker location data.

Admins and monitors can view live weather-based risks, including floods, hurricanes, heat, storms and related severe weather alerts. They can also create custom threat zones by drawing a geofence around an area of concern and adding relevant details.

When a worker is already inside a threat zone, or enters one during their shift, OK Alone sends a push notification with information about the risk. Workers can also open a dedicated in-app view to see nearby threats ranked by proximity and tap for more detail.

Every notification is logged, giving safety teams visibility into what was sent and when.
