Compose a title, a summary and the detailed message → mark it Critical or Normal → choose who receives it → send. Workers open the app to read it in full and tap Acknowledge. Counts update live on the dashboard, where you can drill into any broadcast person by person and export the record.
Read and acknowledged stay separate — glancing at a notification is not the same as confirming you know what to do.
