Why Fall Detection Matters
For employees working alone, slips, trips, and falls may go unnoticed until it’s too late. Enabling Fall Detection, OK Alone continuously monitors movement during active shifts. If a likely fall is detected, the app alerts the worker with a short confirmation window. No response? An automatic alarm is sent to your monitoring flow or our 24/7 Safety Monitoring Center, guaranteeing a fast response.
How Fall Detection Works

The app analyzes freefall, tilt, and non-movement patterns. Alarm triggers sound, vibration, and a lock-screen notification.
Configurable Countdown
Workers have a configurable window (default 30 seconds) to cancel a false alarm by tapping “I’m OK.”
Alert Escalation
If the worker does not respond, a fall alert is sent automatically to the monitoring team or Safety Monitoring Center.
Event Tagging
Workers can tag the event as a real fall or false alarm to help improve detection accuracy over time.
