Customer FAQs
• Click on Worker or Monitor or Groups on the left menu.
• At the top right you will find the green ‘Add/Create’ button.
• Enter details, assign roles and permissions as needed.
• Once created the Worker or Monitor will receive their login credentials.
• OK Alone offers flexible safety monitoring, with multiple layers of protection.
• Regular Check-ins, Worker Down, High Risk, Timed Activity trigger alerts if missed.
• Help Alerts are sent out immediately using the app, voice commands or shake methods.
• Monitors Alerts are sent by email, text, automated call, and WhatsApp messaging. Can also be sent out to all Monitors in a timed sequence.
• Optionally, a 24/7 Safety Monitoring Center (TMA Five Diamond Certified) can respond and escalate emergencies.
• A wide variety of Reports are available from the Dashboard in the Reports & Logs section of the left menu.
• Actions Log captures all activities for compliance. Timesheets, Location issues, Usage are all located in the Reports section.
• Click Export in the top right of most Reports to download CSV/Excel documents for analysis.
• You can also schedule any number of reports and send out to Admin or Management on a daily, weekly, monthly or annual basis.
• Log in to your OK Alone Dashboard, go to Account section of the left menu.
• Select the ‘Update your Credit Card’ tab to securely update your payment details or ‘Invoices’ tab to find a full billing history, including downloadable invoices and statements and to edit email addresses receiving invoices.
• OK Alone accepts two major credit cards, Visa and Mastercard.
